Creating Keepsakes Selects New Hall of Famers

Creating Keepsakes revealed today the new winners of its 2007 Hall of Fame contest who will replace those who were disqualified or stepped down. This statement was posted on the 2007 Hall of Fame contest web page:

Below is our revised list of winners for the 2007 Hall of Fame contest.

Shortly after publication of our 2007 Hall of Fame special issue, we discovered errors in the affidavits that were submitted, and in our processing of the winning entries.

We requested that all winners review the rules and re-evaluate their submissions for conformance. As a result, one winner was disqualified, one voluntarily stepped down, and several others reviewed with us, in detail, the process they followed in composing and taking their photos. To fill vacated positions, two new winners were chosen, based on point values from the original score sheets.

The first new winner is Barb Pfeffer! Congratulations to Barb on her 2007 Hall of Fame win!

The name of another winner is circulating on message boards but I have not seen it in any official communication from CK. When I do, I will post it on Scrapbook Update as well.

Update: Angela Spangler is now confirmed as the second of the new winners! Congratulations to Angela on her 2007 Hall of Fame win!
