Let's start right off with what is arguably the hottest scrapbooking toy of the holiday season....the We R Memory Keepers Typecast. Typewriters have been very trendy in scrapbooking the past few years, and scrapbookers have been scouring thrift stores for used ones to use to type text elements on their projects. The machine is available in three colors - mint, white, and black - and a variety of accessories such as colored ribbons and paper items to type on are available as well. (A special pink edition machine is available at Michaels Stores.)
Sakura Koi Watercolor Field Sketch Set

This high quality set of watercolors is my personal go to set for almost all of my watercoloring needs. The best part is that it is portable and even includes a collapsible water brush so it is easy to take on the go with you everything that you need for adult coloring while waiting for the kids, traveling, or crafting with friends.
This tool has taken the stamping world by storm this year! It is a lifesaver for fixing incomplete stamp impressions, and makes creating duplicates of a project (such as a party invitation) fast and easy. Simple to use - you don't know how much you need it until you try it!
Tim Holtz for Tonic Studios 5" Mini Snip Scissors
Great for: all papercrafters
Retail Price: $12

Detail cutting is an important task for most papercrafters. These brand new just-hitting-store-shelves detail scissors from Tim Holtz's line of Tonic Studios tools are a smaller version of the 7" scissors that I use regularly. Their non-stick, serrated blade will cut a variety of materials, and will clean up easily after coming in contact with adhesives or paints.
Even if I wasn't their social media manager, I would be totally in love with the 28 Lilac Lane line of embellishments from Buttons Galore. These are perfect for a wide range of projects from scrapbooking to cardmaking to mixed media, and I just can't stop using them! The fun packaging is the perfect size for stocking stuffers, or use several to fill a gift bag!
