Meet the Designer I am happy to introduce you to a wonderful digital designer – Celeste Knight. I have really been enjoying Celeste's work and I hope you enjoy getting to know her!
Celeste’s Life Celeste is a graphic designer, married to a very supportive husband, and a stay-at-home mother of three. She currently designs for Design House Digital and squeezes time to design "between changing diapers, grocery shopping and chauffeuring kids to school." Her spare time is spent watching movies, especially BBC classics. She is "a sucker for anything Jane Austen." She also loves "hiking, all things paper crafty and spending time with my amazing family."
Celeste's Design Background Celeste received her degree in graphic design from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon in 2001, and is now a freelance designer for the scrapbooking and craft industry. She currently designs both traditional and digital products and has just recently designed fabric as well.
She discovered a love of pattern and surface design several years ago when designing for the very popular scrapbook company, Basic Grey. Since then, she says, "I love any opportunity to combine my graphic design experience and love of anything paper crafty. Digital design is a great way to do that!" She loves to mix her passion for pattern and design with the flexibility that digital design offers. She also loves to see how others use her products and how it sparks their creativity.

Celeste’s Style & Inspiration Celeste loves to experiment with all types of styles and isn't afraid to try new things. She describes her style as "eclectic with a focus on vintage influences." She is very inspired by the world around her and gets "seriously excited to get up and design every day. It is truly a passion for me." She finds inspiration in vintage fabric and wallpaper, as well as flowers, fashion, nature and on Pinterest. Her favorite types of products to create are patterned floral papers.

Celeste’s Digital Designs Celeste has been designing digital products at Design House Digitals for almost two years. She typically releases new product four times/month. In her store, you can find paper packs, element packs, full kits, overlays, frame packs and so much more. Celeste does not currently have a design team but is very excited to start putting one together. She is accepting applications now and she can be contacted through her website at Sweet Caroline Studio.

Fun Facts Celeste's favorite food is buttered and salted popcorn "because it goes so well with watching movies." Her favorite color is "any shade of green - it makes me feel fresh and creative." Her favorite Friday night activity is trying to squeeze in dinner and a movie with her husband.
