I have an announcement to make - this has been a week full of news and announcements! Here's all the latest I've found - this week's noteworthy items:

Ranger has announced that they have a new signature designer: Dyan Reaveley.

Dyan and Ranger are developing a signature line of craft products called Dylusions, and she is already an integral part of the Ranger Designer Team. Dyan has been teaching and demoing with Ranger for several years and is known for her creativity with layering color, images and thought-provoking collages.

Dyan's Dylusions stamp line, which is manufactured by Stampers Anonymous and distributed by Ranger, debuted at the Summer CHA show and is now available. There are no specific product details released yet about her new signature line, but the new "Dylusions" craft product line will debut with Ranger at the Winter CHA show in January.

Pink Paislee announced that beginning November 14th they will begin exclusively selling digital product through JessicaSprague.com.

We have been interested in joining the digital scrapbook market ever since we opened our doors in 2008. Almost every week we hear from customers who are interested in purchasing our patterns in a digital format, so being able to make this announcement public is very exciting for us!

Customers can expect to find paper packs, element packs, sticker packs, digital brushes, quickpages and more in the coming months. Some will be new and exclusive digital products while others will be developed from previous paper collections.

Pink Paislee joins brands like Echo Park and Elle's Studio who have also partnered with Sprague, and Jessica's site continues to grow and attract more companies into the digital realm.

Cathy Zielske's popular "move more, eat well" blog series has documented her journey into a more active, healthy lifestyle. Yesterday she announced that in 2012, she is taking her inspirational posts and ideas to a class format.  In her blog post, she includes a video introducing us to her class, and as only Cathy can, keeps it both real and humorous.

"Move More, Eat Well 2012" is a year-long class at Big Picture that costs $36. Each month the classroom will be updated with new content including a new video presentation, prompts, and more. While the class is focused on a healthy lifestyle, a scrapbook album project will be created as a part of class. The registration page and information can be found here.

The Cameo is coming, the Cameo is coming! It would seem that the Silhouette Cameo is now showing up in stores, and it is all the buzz among scrapbookers who love their die cutting machines. Even Scrapbook Update's own Melissa Stinson is coveting it (watch for a review hopefully on Scrapbook Update soon). Here are some basics about this hot new machine:

Like a home printer, it plugs into your PC or Mac with a simple USB cable. However, instead of printing it uses a small blade to cut paper, cardstock, vinyl, fabric and more up to 12" wide and 10 feet long. The machine also boasts a quiet motor and the ability to register and cut printed materials as well as cut fonts installed on your computer.

The Cameo will be available soon from Scrapbook.com, and in the meantime, they have a video on the product page that shares more information about the machine.

Speaking of hot new product - Tim Holtz revealed the set of limited edition winter distress ink pads this week on his blog.

Ranger and i have teamed up once again to bring you this set of 3 distress pads to add a wonderful winter palette for your holiday projects. This exclusive mix of "evergreen bough", "festive berries", and "iced spruce" are sure to add a bit of winter magic to your creations.

No surprise here - I love the colors and can't wait to use them. The inks are available for pre-order from Simon Says Stamp and many other retailers, and will be available soon from retailers across the country.

Finally this week, Fancy Pants announced a new mid-show release called Winterland.

This is definitely one of my all time favorite collections ... and we've had A LOT of collections to love ... but really, this one is so beautiful, chic and sophisticated ... with just a pinch of winter whimsy!

The line is classic Fancy Pants - very shabby chic and filled with soft pinks and blues. Sticking with the trend of 'not too themed' product this line shows promise for creating far beyond it's Winter themed name.
